DECOKING & INSPECTION in simultaneous harmony ONE SCOPE MEETING - ONE ORDER – ONE CONTRACTOR – ONE CHARGE

MerlinTHE TECHNOLOGY:

The untethered intelligent pig is launched and run through a furnace coil or pass in quite the same manner as a decoking scraper pig. The same equipment and machinery is used, without modification.

When running, the MERLIN Inspection Pig takes continuous ultrasonic scans in its survey of tube metallurgic condition. The results are downloaded in the Cokebusters Machine on site control room, and displayed in live interactive format for close study.

I.D. - 3.75” to 8.25”
